Yoga and Mindfulness Spring 2020

Yoga is beneficial at every age!  SPX Camps is excited to offer you a chance to work with a certified yoga instructor, Mrs. Leslie Eckle! This camp will provide you with a fun and relaxing experience through yoga-based movements, mindfulness, breathing techniques, centering activities, and relaxation activities! We will move our bodies and quiet our minds. In this camp you will develop better body awareness, enhance strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence. You will practice using breath as a tool to focus and concentrate, to calm and to relax. And perhaps, most importantly you will CONNECT and HAVE FUN!
